Tim Gore is Director, Education for the British Council in India. Tim
has worked closely with educationalists, institutions and governments to
improve bilateral and multilateral educational links in Hong Kong,
Singapore, United Arab Emirates and Jordan over a 23 year career. He has led
the development of programmes on creativity for professionals with the
Singapore Government (CREST); established e-learning and blended learning
programmes for Hong Kong, Singapore and Dubai; led the establishment of the
British University in Dubai; and helped Jordan establish an evaluation
framework for its ICT led Jordan Education Initiative.

In his current role he is responsible for increasing the quality and
quantity of educational relationships between India and UK. There are
currently 20,000 Indian students in the UK – with up to 700 on scholarships,
over 100 higher educational institutional relationships and 90 school links.
In addition, Tim is India Project Manager for the UK India Education and
Research Initiative which has ₤16 million funding from the UK government and
sponsors over a 5 year period.
Tim first qualified as an archaeologist with a specialization in
non-destructive testing, and also holds two masters as an applied linguist
and in business administration. He is also a Chartered Marketer. He speaks
Arabic and French.

Dr. Vinayshil Gautam has experience of working in the industry and
academia, both in India and abroad.A widely respected consultant and
practitioner of Management, he is currently a Professor of Management at the
Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
He has been on Board of Organizations such as Hindustan Zinc, UTI AMC; UTI
International Ltd., Exim Bank, PCPL, IFTDO, PGR Trade, ARTDO International,
JK Industries BAG films; Save the Children, India etc. He has served as
Member of the Selection Committee of Executive Directors of Public Sector
Commercial Banks and has been associated with National Institute of Bank
Management. He has been on the selection committee of board level
appointments.

Dr.Gautam’s various professional assignments have included that of serving
as the team leader for Consultants for 7th IIM projected in Shillong; the
Consultant Incharge, Project Director and the Founder Director of the Fifth
Indian Institute of Management Khozikode (Calicut). He was the first head of
the Management Department of IIT(D) and the Founder Coordinator of the
Entrepreneurship Programme in the Institute. He was also the Founder
Coordinator of an Industry sponsored programme on “ Management in Asia” .He
was one of the key movers in the setting up of the Bharti School of Telecom
Engineering and Management at IIT(D).He has conducted Management
Interventions in telecom organizations such as: CDot, ITI, Airtel, Telecom
Officers Association.His books such as `Understanding Telecom
Management`;`Diigital Imperatives` are widely used.
He has been a Member of various significant committees of Government of
India including the Committee appointed to develop the terms of reference of
this Administrative Reforms Commission; review the performance management
processes of All India Cadre and Group A officers.He is a Past president of
ARTDO International and a past Director IFTDO.He is also a member of the
committee appointed by the Indian Prime Minister`s Office on mid-career
training of civil servants. He has been on the Search Committee of
Vice-Chancellors of various Universities. He has also been a Member of
Quinquinnial Review Team of CIFE, CMFRI, NAARM and the Committee appointed
to review the working of NSTEDB etc. A former Chairman of All India Board of
Management Education, he has represented India in activities of Asian
Productivity Organization, UNESCO etc.
Dr.Gautam has been a visitor to the University of Cambridge, Sussex,
Brunnel,Dominican, Manchester, Hull, London etc. and has delivered talks
from Chicago to Shanghai and Mexico to Melbourne.
He has been extended various prestigious international invitation including
that of delivering the 7th Penang Productivity Lecture.
An author of several award-winning texts, Dr.Gautam has been conferred ,The
Bharat Gaurav Award, the Honorary Fellowship of All India Management
Association, Delhi, ISTD Delhi, ARTDO International, Manila, Royal Asiatic
Society, London. He has a plaque of appreciation from the Gulf Institute of
Management and been bestowed the ARTDO International Award of Management and
HRD (2002-2003).

Lueny Morell, Director of University Relations for Latin America for
Hewlett Packard is responsible for developing and strengthening HP's ties to
a select number of institutions in Latin America. Her job entails working
with the higher education community and leading academic institutions on
everything from research and student recruitment to customer and government
relations and policy advocacy. Before joining HP in 2002, Professor Morell
had a 24-year career as Chemical Engineering professor at the University of
Puerto Rico,where she held various academic and administrative positions,
both at the Mayaguez Campus and the system level.

A licensed professional engineer and certified US accreditation Board
for Engineering and Technology evaluator, she has over 45 scientific and
education papers, and has received various honors during her professional
career, including the prestigious US National Academy of Engineering Bernard
M. Gordon Prize for innovation in engineering education in 2006, and elected
member of the Pan-American Academy of Engineering.

Rishikesha T. Krishnan is a Professor in the Corporate Strategy &
Policy Area at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIMB), India.
His research interests are in the areas of strategy, innovation and
competitiveness. At IIMB, he is currently the Chairperson of Research &
Publications. He was earlier the Chairperson of the Postgraduate Programme
in Management (PGP) at IIMB.
Prof. Krishnan has been a consultant to, or conducted management development
programmes for, British Telecom, Daimler Chrysler, Wipro, Siemens, Sasken
Communication Technologies, the Murugappa Group, the Aditya Birla Group,
Kochi Refineries and the Governments of India and Karnataka.

Prof. Krishnan obtained the M.Sc. degree in Physics (5-year integrated
programme) from the Indian Institute of Technology at Kanpur and the M.S.
degree in Engineering-Economic Systems (now Management Science &
Engineering) from Stanford University. His doctoral qualification was
obtained from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmadabad, where his thesis
proposal won the outstanding thesis proposal award instituted by the
Industrial Finance Corporation of India.
Prof. Krishnan has been a member of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII)
National Panel on Intellectual Property, R&D, Technology and Innovation, and
a member of the executive committee of the Strategic Management Forum of
India. He is currently on the board of the Indian Institute of Health
Management Research, Jaipur. He is an independent director on the board of
D-Link (India) Ltd.
Prof. Krishnan is an active member of Globelics and Asialics, international
fora that focus on the understanding of innovation systems and
competitiveness. He is on the editorial advisory boards of the International
Journal of Management & Entrepreneurship, Asian Journal of Technology
Innovation, Science, Technology & Society, Real CIO World, and
Management Next.
Apart from papers published in academic journals, Prof. Krishnan’s articles
have appeared in the Economic Times, Business Line and the Financial
Express. He has presented his research at seminars at a number of reputed
institutions such as Stanford University, London Business School, the Hebrew
University of Jerusalem, and Hong Kong University of Science & Technology.

Dr. Amee Yajnik holds a Doctorate in Science of Law from Stanford
University and a Masters degree in Law from Stanford University and a
Masters in Ecology and Environment from Indian Institute of Ecology and
Environment, New Delhi. She is currently the Central Government Standing
Counsel for Gujarat High Court and Senior Standing Counsel for the Official
Liquidator, High Court of Gujarat, Ministry of Company Affairs, Union of
India. She is a practicing Lawyer and has represented organizations such as
Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited, Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation,
Gujarat Pollution Control Board, and United India Insurance Company. She has
also served as Assistant Government Pleader and Additional Public Prosecutor
in the High Court of Gujarat.

She is the Member of Global Action Committee for Elimination of Family
Violence, State Ethical Committee on AIDS, Bar Council of India Trust, Lady
Advocates Wing, Ahmedabad, “Mahila Samakhya”, State Program Committee, and
Resource Person for several Social and Charitable Organizations including
Gender Resource Center, State of Gujarat
Dr. Yajnik has been a visiting faculty at the Indian Institute of Management
(IIM), Ahmedabad, Nirma Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, Ahmedabad
Management Association (AMA), Institute of Company Secretaries of India,
Ahmedabad, Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy for Administration,
Mussoorie, Sardar Patel Institute for Public Administration (SPIPA),
Ahmedabad.
Dr. Yajnik has presented a number of papers at national and international
conferences and has been invited as speaker at many international forums.
She has published extensively and is an active member of a number of social
organizations.
As a Lawyer she has to her credit an unmatched record and today is one of
most well known lawyers in the country.
